Step 7 - Pay Tuition and Fees

Students must pay tuition, all fees and prior term balances one week before the first day of classes. This includes the first installment of the Tuition Option Payment Plan (TOPP) if you choose to enroll in the plan. Extended Education students will be held to all university and Registrar deadlines for course additions, drops and fee payment as well as the possibility of owed fees being sent to Collections.

For specific information on tuition and fees:

  1. Go to the Registrar’s Tuition and Fee Tables
  2. Select All Other Continuing Students
  3. Select All Other Programs; or for the online course fee table select All Other Programs (All Distance Learning Courses)

Note: Course fees and explanation of fees can be found on the Registrar's Tuition and Fee Tables under the "Course Fees" heading

 

To make a payment online:

  1. Go to buckeyelink.osu.edu
  2. Select My Buckeye Link under Essential Tasks
  3. Log in with your Ohio State username and password
  4. Select Make a Payment under Finances
  5. Select Make a Payment on the Payment Options page
  6. On the OSU ePayment site, select Make a Payment under Your Account
  7. Confirm how much is due and select Checkout
  8. Select the method of payment (credit card, electronic check or foreign currency) and select Continue Checkout
  9. Enter the required information in the fields and select Continue Checkout
  10. Verify that the payment information you have provided is correct and select Submit Payment
